To strengthen our team in Duderstadt/Berlin/Vienna, we are looking for a communicative and assertive Category Head NeuroMobility (d/f/m).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Global Product Managers in the Neuroorthetics and Human Mobility segments
Strategic and operational portfolio management: responsibility for the growth and profitoriented expansion of the portfolio of a new business area
Lifecycle management: managing the operational success of the entire portfolio across all lifecycles
Innovation management: definition of strategic search fields for novel solutions in the Innovation EcoSystem
Development and implementation of innovative marketing and care concepts along the patient journeys
Ensuring team development and performance, target planning and reporting
Implementation of standards, methods and structures in coordination with the Head of Global Product Management

Profile:

Completed studies (business administration, industrial engineering, medicine, medical/rehabilitation technology, orthopedic technology)
Relevant professional experience of several years in product management/business development/innovation management of physical products in an international environment
Experience with the care of patients with neurological diagnoses desirable
Leadership experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Persuasive, open and approachable personality
Excellent presentation skills
Confident appearance towards external partners and internal stakeholders
Willingness to travel internationally
