- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Unity XR modules "Hololight Space"
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and specifications
- Implement new features and functionality to enhance user experience
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Unity Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects (preferred in AR/VR/XR Development)
- Proficient in C# programming language with a strong emphasis on writing clean object oriented code
- Ability to collaborate effectively with highly skilled, motivated individuals who uphold high standards and strive for continuous growth
- Aptitude for fostering team spirit, celebrating achievements, and providing support during challenging times
- Proficient in working with managed and native C++ libraries
- Experience in developing applications for AR/VR/MR devices such as HoloLens 2 and Meta Quest
- Familiarity with the Mixed Reality Toolkit (MRTK) and other XR Tools & Frameworks (XR Interaction Toolkit, AR Foundation, Vuforia, ...)
- Experience in maintaining complex multiplayer applications with know frameworks (Photon, Unity Netcode)
