    We are looking for a Working Student Identity and Access Management (m/f/d) to support the IT department.

    What You Will Do

    • You process incoming incidents and service requests in the area of IAM
    • You monitor workflows, analyze and report errors
    • You support the team in creation and optimization of service processes
    • You create and update the documentation
    • You collaborate with the Digital Identity team

    What You Bring

    • Active information technology studies or similar
    • Interest in Identity and Access Management topics and its processes
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Office)
    • Good written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1) skills
    • Solution- and service-oriented and structured approach to work
    • High ability to work in a team and independently
    • Living in or around Munich
