Requirements:


TECHNOLOGY

  • Proven experience in administering Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 features, configurations, and integration capabilities.
  • Knowledge about hybrid environment and basic domain management.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration tasks.
  • Familiarity with security principles, compliance requirements, and best practices for Office 36
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support and training.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

KNOWLEDGE

  • English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Deployment and Configuration: Implementing and configuring Office 365 services to meet the organization's requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 and Windows environment (Hybrid). Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups, to ensure system reliability and security.
  • Security and Compliance: Implementing security best practices and compliance policies to safeguard data and ensure regulatory compliance within the Office 365 environment. Monitoring for security threats and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring the performance and usage of Office 365 services, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvements. Implementing enhancements to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining documentation of configurations, procedures, and policies related to Office 365 administration. Generating reports on system performance, usage metrics, and compliance status.
