We are hiring for an experienced Professional Services Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in Munich at Aspire Software

What your day will look like:
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership in planning, executing, and optimizing daytoday operations to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure crossfunctional alignment and effective communication to support overall business success.
Process Optimisation
- Oversee and optimise internal workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes to drive operational excellence.
- Driving Change Management within the team.
Billing/Invoicing Responsibility
- Oversee the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Collaborate with finance and clientfacing teams to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Implement improvements to streamline billing processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors.
PSA Tool Administration
- Administer and own the PSA Tool, ensuring seamless alignment with team operations. Customise and optimise the tool for enhanced project management, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the PSA Tool. Continuously optimize the tool for improved efficiency, utilizing reporting for informed decisionmaking.
- Manage integrations with other tools for a cohesive operational environment. Provide handson support, troubleshooting, and training to maximise team proficiency with the PSA Tool.
Team Management and Development
- Lead and inspire a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting their professional development and growth within the organisation.
Resource Allocation and Utilisation
- Efficiently allocate delivery resources with consultation from Heads of Departments.
- Monitor and analyze resource utilisation metrics, making datadriven decisions to optimize team performance.
Performance Monitoring and KPI Management
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operations and implement strategies to address any deviations from expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms to provide insights into operational performance.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the operations team.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains, driving initiatives to implement positive change.
