Customer Support Specialist - Hybrid -Bötzingen, Freiburg

We are hiring at Freicon Software for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team
We are looking for a qualified full-time customer support specialist for our customer service (M/F/d). Your task is to work on the customer hotline for our software product FILAKS.PLUS.

Our hotline agents play a critical role in customer service as they have direct contact with customers and help resolve problems or answer questions.

What your day will look like:

  • Answering customer inquiries when operating FILAKS.PLUS.
  • Error analysis and correction.
  • Collaboration with the other team's development, consulting, product management and sales.
  • Documentation and processing of inquiries in the ERP system.
  • Creation of action and process instructions.
  • Collaboration with key accounts and institutional customers.
  • Monitoring of internal hotline processes and increasing support efficiency.
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of FILAKS.PLUS.

About You:


  • Training in the commercial area and/or in IT or in comparable activities, preferably in the administrative or IT area of a car dealership.
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with a complex software product.
  • Indepth knowledge of using Microsoft products.
  • Database experience: MSSQL (desirable).
  • Ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience.
  • Efficient and independent way of working.
  • Good teamwork skills.
