Wir im Bereich Customer Service Management (CSM) verantworten gemeinsam mit unserem Dienstleister für Kundenbetreuung den markenübergreifenden Kundenservice für ca. 9 Mio. Vertragskunden. Durch eine umfassende Steuerungsstruktur und die permanente Auswertung von Kundenkontakten stellen wir sicher, dass vereinbarte Leistungskennziffern erreicht werden und die Servicequalität stetig gesteigert wird. Wir verbessern dabei das Kundenerlebnis unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensinteressen. Unsere Arbeit ist geprägt von einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und flachen Hierarchien. Deine Aufgaben

In Deiner zentralen Rolle unterstützt Du das Customer Service Management bei allen anstehenden administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

Du erstellst einen monatlichen Management-Bericht, aus dem alle relevanten Informationen zur Leistung, dem Status und der Entwicklung der Kundenserviceperformance hervorgehen

Du vertrittst den "Head of Customer Service Management." in allen Themenrund um das Controlling (Budgetplanung, Budgeteinhaltung, Vorbereitung von Freigabeprozessen, etc.)

In Deiner Rolle übernimmst Du die organisatorische und inhaltliche Vor- und Nachbereitung von Regelterminen mit unserem externen Partner in Abstimmung mit Deinen Kolleg:innen

Die Planung und Moderation unserer regelmäßigen Bereichsmeetings in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kolleg:innen

Du konzipierst eine Struktur zur Ablage und Pflege von Verträgen und Dokumenten und setzt dieses Konzept in die Realität um.

Gute MS Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse

Dich zeichnen Zuverlässigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe aus, mit denen du als Teamplayer deine Kollegen unterstützt.
