YOUR ROLE

YOUR TASKS

Participate in interviewing Working Students until you are ready to fully take responsibilities for Internship and Student positions
Establish and handle cooperations with universities
Take on your own projects to make our recruiting process even more efficient

YOUR PROFILE

You are enrolled as a student in the field of Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or similar fields ideally with a focus on HR
You have initial work experience in recruiting and Active Sourcing
You have strong communication skills and a high level of empathy
You are pragmatic and have a proactive mindset
You are structured, good at setting priorities and 100% reliable
You are fluent in English
