Position overview:

Are you interested in learning more about Procurement in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for a Process Expert on Ariba to join our team.

You will primarily work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to steer, implement & monitor SAP Business Network & Ariba Guided Buying.

You will also manage local relationships with dedicated external suppliers & internal stakeholders as plant managers, maintenance managers and operational people.

Responsibilities:

Ensure EndtoEnd SAP Business Network & Ariba Guided Buying Implementation in EMEA within direct & indirect procurement
Regular onboarding of suppliers to the Network (incl. Training & communication in German & English)
Conduct training sessions for endusers and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions
First & Second Level Support on Ariba
Process Owner on EMEA level within Ariba Guided Buying incl. steady development & monitoring of the Guided Buying process & usage
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Ariba system
Support your designated productions sites (especially Wiesbaden) on procurement topics, i.e. Lead contract and price negotiations for the assigned supplier & category portfolio

Required skills and experience:

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
Ability to present data in an organized, clear and concise manner
Proficient knowledge of German and English are mandatory
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient with SAP systems is a must
Good knowledge of catalog types & usage is a must
Certification in Ariba or other relevant procurement systems is a plus
Knowledge of Training is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with minimum 5 years of profession experience with ARIBA procurement
