In order to support the Cross-Programme, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Working Student within PMO Combat Air Systems (d/f/m):

TAPC is an integral part of both programme organizations, co-located with the respective programme teams. We are a diverse team working in an international environment.

Definition working student:

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies.

This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises.

A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Support Project Managers and PMOs in project management processes such as scheduling and risk and opportunity management.
Organize, prepare and conduct schedule and risk & opportunity reviews
Followup on actions and updating of project management tools (e.g. ARM, UP, MS Project)
Prepare reports and presentations
Support Maturity gate management and Lessons Learnt capture.
Facilitate reporting and information sharing in the team

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled fulltime student in the area of Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
First experience in Project Management would be a plus
IT literate and experienced in Office tools
Experience in SW Coding would be a plus
Good personal interaction and stakeholder management skills and ability to drive change
Fluent in English (other languages would be a plus)
