    Unser Mandant ist einer der führenden Anbieter von Stahlkonstruktionen für Gebäude und Fassaden im Umfeld Industrie- und Gewerbebau, im speziellen Produktions- und Logistikhallen.

    Ihre Aufgaben


    Sie wollen gestalten und wirklich wirken können? Als Speerspitze bauen Sie das Geschäft unseres Mandanten in Deutschland auf und betreiben eigenverantwortlich Business Development im Umfeld von Generalunternehmern / Projektentwicklern im Industriebau und Stahlbau:

    • Identifizierung neuer Marktchancen und Trends im Stahlbau / Industriebau / Hallenbau
    • Analyse der Wettbewerbslandschaft und Bewertung von Kundenbedürfnissen
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer soliden Geschäftsentwicklungsstrategie für den Stahlbau, die auf den Unternehmenszielen und den Marktanforderungen basiert
    • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kunden aus dem Bereich der Generalunternehmer und Projektentwickler
    • Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Präsentieren von speziellen Lösungen unseres Mandanten
    • Leitung und Koordinierung von Stahlbauprojekten von der Angebotserstellung bis in die Phase der Realisierung
    • Übergabe der Projekte an das Design- und Projektmanagement-Team, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design, Projektmanagement und den Werken unseres Mandanten
    • Steigerung des Umsatzes im Bereich Stahlbau durch die Gewinnung neuer Kunden und die Expansion in Deutschland
    • Perspektive: mit dem Wachsen des Umsatzes in Deutschland soll ein Team mit Projektmanagern und Assistenzfunktionen aufgebaut werden und sie übernehmen eine Geschäftsführungsrolle in Deutschland

    Ihr Profil

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen (konstruktiver Ingenieurbau) oder einem verwandten Fachbereich
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb / Business Development im Stahlbau, Industriebau
    • Netzwerk zu Projektentwicklern und Generalunternehmern im Industriebau
    • Starke analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten sowie Offenheit
    • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitensweise
    • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit anderen Abteilungen (Design, Projektmanagement, Werke) unseres Mandanten zusammenzuarbeiten
    • Deutsch und Englisch fließend bis verhandlungssicher
