Internship within Business Analysis Finance (d/f/m):

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Support in providing Business Analysis including financials for different Strategic projects like (Moonlight, Space Consolidation, ESSCC Project etc)
Support in preparation management presentation (with excel based Business Case analysis)
Support in the M&A process providing the financial analysis where required
Supporting the Head of M&A Finance, in analyzing financial records and accounting practices of target companies, driving and coordinating finance due diligence.
Supporting TFDP team in Business Modelling, in Business Case, in the M&A (vendor) due diligence
Provide support in excel modeling and valuation (under the lead of M&A Finance Project lead)
Support (where required) in doing financial statement analysis on competitor, review of historical financial data and preliminary business plan, etc.

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled fulltime student (d/f/m) in the area of Business, Economics, MBA, Finance, Masters or an equivalent field of study
First practical experience in the field of Financial analysis (P&L and CF),Good to have the view on Balance Sheet (and different line items linking to the cash impact) and/or Business modeling and Valuation methods is desirable.
Fluent in German and English
Motivation to learn and contribute in a complex environment.
Committed to the deliverables as and when assigned.

Don't hesitate to learn new things and develop good working relations with different cross-functional team (mainly with Legal, Strategy and Operations/Business) link to his/her specific project.
