Company Description Are you ready to build innovation with us?** We are on the hunt for visionaries and innovators to join our 18-month Innovation Talent Program. With six focus areas for both technical and business enthusiasts, seize the chance to blend your expertise with your passion for innovation.

You have the chance to become a Pioneer in one of the following six focus areas:

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Support strategic business development via detailed data analysis, leverage big data to identify lucrative opportunities, and develop actionable marketing strategies in the dynamic industry landscape

Sales: Strategically analyze customer requirements globally through consultative sales approaches, deploy advanced digital tools to enhance sales efficiency, and collaborate closely with teams for compelling presentations at industry events

Corporate Venturing & Controlling: Support global innovation project management, oversee project and liquidity plans proactively, develop financial models for market analysis, guide teams with agile methodologies, and facilitate venture processes

Process Engineering: Lead global process engineering projects to excellence in delivery and performance, design reliable manufacturing processes, actively engage in digital and automation initiatives, and support plant and supply chain innovations for enhanced operational infrastructure

Product Development: Manage stage-gate processes from ideation to evaluation, support global R&D for product portfolio expansion, and facilitate venture-building to foster innovation within the dynamic ecosystem

Software Development: Select and implement technologies for our software architecture, including the integration of digital twin capabilities, code in languages like JavaScript, Angular, and Python for AI and use prompt engineering to develop robust solutions, optimize user experience through future-proof technology, and conduct security tests to ensure solution reliability and resilience

Throughout the Innovation Talent Program, your tasks and responsibilities may fluctuate as the projects you will be involved in have yet to be finalized.

Qualifications

You are passionate about driving innovation in one of the focus areas
Technical or businessrelated bachelor's or master's degree
02 years of relevant working experience (workingstudent, internship, etc.)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Datadriven decisionmaking is a must in your opinion
Agile and visionary mindset you can work independently, and you want to drive business value creation

Additional Information

While the official start of the Innovation Talent Program is September 1st, 2024, there is also a possibility to start earlier with our "flex time onboarding".
