ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Receptionist in the Office Management team (20 hours per week), you will be supporting our Senior Office Manager when it comes to front desk coverage and workplace management.

You will be the first point of contact for many clients, service providers and employees, and therefore an important representative of our company and its values.

You will interact with various internal stakeholders ( People, Finance, IT, etc.) and contribute to our sennder culture by proactively tackling challenges and adding value to our office life.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Welcome guests and vendors
  • Ensure everyone in the office is happy, healthy and productive by purchasing and stocking beverages, fruits, snacks and office supplies
  • Support inclusive & outstanding office events
  • Escalate and solve maintenance issues and other common office problems as they arise
  • Support Office Management in general administrative tasks

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Demonstrated your reliability and outstanding communication and problem solving skills in previous work experiences
  • A customercentric, handson attitude towards work
  • Interest in working in a fastpaced environment that requires a growth mindset
  • An eye for detail and great team spirit
