How to contribute to our vision


We are looking for a Working Student who will work part time and provide general administration and operational support to our team including ad-hoc tasks.

This more specifically includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:


  • Support of the managers and employees of the department in their daytoday business & support of the onboarding, transfer and departure of employees
  • Design, maintenance and administration of SharePoint Sites and creation, administration, and evaluation of surveys
  • Organizes office administration, in support of an assigned professional or manager team.
  • May assist in preparing annual budgets and completes analysis of monthly budget activity.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols.
  • Organization of meeting and travel (including planning & booking) and preparation and review of travel expense reports
  • Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in
- and outbound correspondence.

  • Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
  • Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
  • Ordering and management of IT equipment, material, and office supplies (including obtaining and comparing quotations as well as incoming goods inspection and posting SAP)

  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in a technical or business administration field or similar motivated to make a difference; please submit your enrollment certificate (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)
  • You are a friendly, open minded, selfdriven, fast learning & creative person
  • You enjoy working in a multifunctional and international environment
  • You are fluent in English
  • You possess communication & coordination skill
  • You are flexible and are a team player
