What we are looking for


To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Intern or Working Student for our Direct Sales department.

As an Intern/ Working Student Direct Sales, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

You'll work closely with our Market Developers and Account Executives to respond to incoming leads and drive outbound cold acquisition efforts.

You will ensure that our prospects receive fast and qualified advice on our products and that they are booked into meetings with our Account Executives for more detailed consultation.

You'll also collaborate on sales strategies and contribute to the roll-out of AnyDesk's new enterprise strategy. Together we create a friendly, encouraging and competitive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative tech company.

  • Qualify potential leads before passing to Account Executives
  • Use the bestinclass sales tools and technologies for creative prospecting
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads that come through sales forms, chat tools, and phone calls, ensuring that all leads receive timely and accurate information about AnyDesk's products and services
  • Share best practices and work collaboratively with the sales team to enable continuous learning and improvement
  • Work closely with experienced Account Executives to learn and contribute to all stages of the sales cycle
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives to improve AnyDesk's presence and reputation in the territory
What you bring to the table


Basic Qualifications

  • You should have completed at least the first half of your Bachelor's degree or be studying for a Master's degree in Germany
  • First practical experience in sales, such as an internship or working student position
  • You are a driven and ambitious individual looking to have a career in sales
  • You are proactive and ready to take on your own initiatives to drive results
  • A team player you go out of your way to help your colleagues succeed
  • Complete fluency in English and another language such as French or German
- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in startups or highperformance environment is a plus
  • Comfortable cold calling & getting out of your comfort zone
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, ready to learn and grow every day
  • You thrive on sales targets and constantly seek new ways to go the extra mile where needed
