WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany._

Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from various sources, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key KPIs.
Conducting competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for development, enhancing the strategic impact of marketing initiatives.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Exceptional communication skills in English (German is welcome but not mandatory), coupled with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office, enabling the analysis, illustration of data, and preparation of compelling presentations and reports (Knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI is welcome but not mandatory).
Proven organizational and project management competencies, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, showcasing attention to detail and a structured approach to problemsolving.
Creative and independent with a proven track record of reliability and a high ethical standard, capable of maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating a strong service mentality.

YOU'LL WORK WITH:

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated and collaborative international team based in the US, UK and Germany.

The Corporate Finance & Strategy marketing team is the largest practice area marketing team within BCG, supporting the practice area leadership and our consultants both regionally and globally in all areas of marketing, including external communications, social media, PR, internal communications, events, and thought leadership publications.

The Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice Area partners with clients to drive their success by helping CEOs and senior executives to see the "next game", identify how to maximize value creation, and translate these insights into ambitious agendas for successful transformation.
