For our office in Munich, we are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our growing sales team. Job Description:
As a Key Account Coordinator, you are part of a young, enthusiastic, and multicultural sales team. Your main goal is to provide professional support to the key accounts. A great way to steppingstone into a commercial, entrepreneurial career.
This role offers the opportunity to generate business from existing customers, for which you will be rewarded with a monthly bonus.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Provide support for key customers (along with key account managers)
- Participate in generating business from Key Customers (from demand to order processing)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless preand postsales services
- Update internal CRM with current account information, customer mapping
- Assist customers with potential issues (goods didn't arrive, quality issues, etc)
- Support Adhoc tasks
- 12 years of working experience in a commercial role in a fastpaced working environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Team Player
- Service and Results oriented
- Commitment to customer and supplier's satisfaction
- Knowledge of Excel/MS office, Glovia and CRM
