**For this International Marketing
- & Communications Agency we are looking for a European New Business Director / Head of Growth (M/F/d)**You will be responsible for creating the new business strategy and developing a robust new business pipeline. You will promote and represent the agency and be the first point of contact for potential new clients.

Translating agency objectives and targets into annual plans with the agency department heads; identifying particular sectors, types of work, and a plan for targeting the desired client list
Representing the agency and being the first point of contact for prospective clients; understanding their needs and objectives and presenting this to the leadership team
Supporting the refinement and rollout of the agency's new business development process. Managing the new lead capture process, qualifying, and prioritizing opportunities
Management of contact database (contacts, pitches, category trends&topics)
Tracking the agency wins and losses and reviewing performance, conversion rates, and costs
Analyzing and managing the new business budgets and financial information to make informed commercial decisions
Supporting teams in Pitches
Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the advertising landscape and competitive activity
Managing the new business budget

You should bring:

Several years of experience in similar senior role in agencies

- great contacts in your notebook to get them into pitches

Good understanding of digital transformation processes in Marketing & Sales
Work experience in European or international communication and marketing agencies
Experience in managing crossdepartmental teams
Excellent presentation skills
Fluent English
