Our Venture Team

RPC is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven

Working Student with "can-do" attitude to create content and ramp up their digital marketing activities

About RPC:

Our goal is to be the biggest facilitator of plastic recycling in this decade.

RPC offers brands and recyclers a platform to secure future recycled plastics volumes and reach their circular economy and CO2e goals.

We do what we do because recycling is broken and recycling rates have not significantly improved in over 40 years.

Transforming recycling economics and business models is the way to increase recycling rates and accelerate the world's shift to a more circular economy.

RPC is backed by Chemovator - the BASF venture builder. Help us to transform recycling economics and increase real recycling.

Your role:

You will help us determining our marketing strategy and work on eye-to-eye level with the two Co-Founders.

Create content to support our growth strategy to onboard brands and recyclers on our platform
Get the chance to take over a major lead in our CX activities
Generate content to support lead generation
Manage our social media content
Analyze content & feedbacks as well as marketing metrics and develop measures
Adhoc tasks with reference to organization, marketing & communication

Your offer:

You are passionate about circular economy and wants to transform how we make business today? We're looking for a bachelor or master student with great creativity and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get on with it.

You have a passion for marketing and pursue studies in Marketing, Communications Sustainability, Circular Economy, Business Administration or similar areas
Outstanding written and oral communication in English (other European Language a plus)
Selfstarter with the ability to work relatively autonomously
Enthusiastic team player
Previous B2B marketing or B2B social media experience is a plus

Ability to start soon and to commit for 6 months 20h per week
