Role and Responsibilities:
As the Sales Leader for Germany, you will play a pivotal role in their success story. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire a small, dedicated sales team, setting the benchmark for excellence.

In this player/coach role, you will:

Lead by Example: Roll up your sleeves and take an active role in sales activities, demonstrating your mastery of the art of selling while achieving your personal targets.

Mentor and Develop: Coach and nurture your team, empowering them to surpass their targets through strategic guidance, feedback, and continuous skill development.
