The Foundations Alliance focuses on unleashing developer productivity by building the tools, services, systems, and infrastructure that teams across the company (and in turn, HelloFresh customers) use on a daily basis.

The role

As a Senior React Native Engineer, you'll join a cross-functional team building features to empower key internal users at HelloFresh to develop and plan the products millions of customers will get access to across our dozen-plus markets. You will develop engaging user experiences iteratively using modern technologies with focus on accessibility, scalability and maintainability.

What You'll Do

Work in a cross-functional team with a product owner, engineers, designers and analysts;
Help to enable your product team to iterate fast and learn about our users by planning, building, testing and launching features;
Collaborate with engineers across your department and the company to continuously improve our code base, systems and processes;
Design and develop solutions that can continue to scale;
Coach and mentor other team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews;
Contribute to recruiting by attracting, reviewing and interviewing candidates.

What You'll Bring

You have at least 5 years of engineering experience in React Native and/or native mobile technologies
You have experience with component based architecture using and
You have experience testing and improving your code through CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration and end-to-end testing;
You have experience working in cross-functional teams, using agile frameworks;
You can interface very well with product designers.

Interacting with front-ends, designers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are important.
