Are you passionate about numbers, people, and especially the place where they intersect?


As a Finance Operations Intern (f/m/d), you will assist in the resolution of finance-related customer requests, learn about payment operations, and have the opportunity to support the optimization of our system.


YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Actively support the resolution of customer requests concerning international billing and payment topics. Managing customer and supplier payments using thirdparty tools.
  • Support the daytoday management of the payment operations, including reconciliation, investigation of payment discrepancies, monthly closing report preparation and validation.
  • Research and assist us in improving the existing processes and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with other departments in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and create internal documentation and training material.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a student or recent graduate of Business Administration, Economics or any relevant related field, previous experience in Finance/Payment Operations is a plus.
  • You are available to work 3040 hours per week
  • You are familiar with MS Excel. CS tools ( e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • You have strong numerical skills and excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • You are a team player and are interested in growing in the field of finance operations.
  • You are highly motivated and selfdriven.
  • A plus: previous experience in Finance/Payment Operations
