Responsibilities:
- As a Working Student (M/F/d), you will help us to leverage Uptime Delivery across the EMEA region
- You will support us in collecting and analyzing data to derive relevant KPIs for our uptime promise towards our customers
- You will generate reports for our relevant internal stakeholders
- As part of several projects related to our warehouse infrastructure, you will help us to support proper management of our loaner asset base
- You will be directly interacting with our country organizations to ensure timely provision of loan devices
- Additionally, you will secure compliance and efficiency by defining, implementing and documenting relevant internal loaner processes
- You study in the Hamburg area and your course of study will last 12 more months (absolutely mandatory)
- You are enthusiastic about data analysis and deriving valuable insights from data
- Proficiency in English and German (at least Level B2)
- You enjoy working in diverse teams
- You have a high degree of initiative and independence
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness complete your profile
- 17 EUR per hour
