Job Description Summary:
Working Student Sourcing

Roles and Tasks:

Actively driving the communication towards suppliers and subcontractors to improve pricing, lead times and payment terms
Prepare and launch the RFQ's for a dedicated panel of suppliers and subcontractors
Create price comparison to visualize most completive suppliers and subcontractors
Support Sourcing Function by expediting the supplier qualification process
Enhance and improve the reporting process of the Sourcing key performance indicators
Manage a vendor list based on Global Sourcing strategy
Identify risk & opportunities during project execution
Support the Sourcing Team during project execution
Support the digitalization of the sourcing tools (Oscar, ITO Config, vendor Panel Management, Sourcing Portal, Data Cost Base)

Essential Responsibilities

Reinforce the interface between Sourcing, Procurement, Project Management and Engineering.
Price and Leadtime accuracy, competitive sourcing scheme
Ensure implementation of Global Sourcing Policy (QMS) during project execution
Support internal stakeholders by setting up cost data base for external material and services

Qualification/ Requirement

Student in Master or Bachelor (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration)
Language: German and English
Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Visio)
Ability to work in a global environment and matrix organization.
