Responsibilities:
Monitor delivery satisfaction and optimize Technical Services deliveryAccountability for ensuring quality, timely and on budget delivery of solutions and projects within the business unitResponsible for the well-being of the long-term customer relationship and customer satisfaction.

Works to be valued by the customer as a trusted advisor and reliable focal point for business and systems issuesEnsure delivery of support at highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance to the support SLAEncourage and empower teams to provide sustainable solutions for customersEnsure continued growth of institutional knowledge, support knowledge base, and support toolsEngage with partners to expand and enhance our delivery capabilitiesKeep track of support P&LManage allocation of resources to on-site and off-site customer workMeeting Technical Services delivery demand with partners and internal skill-setMonitoring customer project progress and ensure maximizing customer satisfaction thoughBuild knowledge bases and best practices across the board to ensure success of Technical Services deliveryBuild customer account intelligence to ensure delivery excellenceKeep track of Technical Services P&L

Qualifications:

Define To Be customer journeys leveraging knowledge of best practices / market trends from Telco Industry and mapping to Agile hierarchy of Epics, Features and User StoriesPartner with CX / Solution design teams to create prototypes to implement the To Be Customer Journeys and align them with OOTB solution capabilitiesKnowledge of Digital & Assisted Channels, tools and technologiesFluent in English and German language
