Job Description:


Tech Lead of our OTT Team
- you are responsible for the architectural and technical decisions that you make with the team
- you moderate decision-making and technical questions within the team
- you discuss and develop tactics with the team how to best tackle product requirements
- you help the team to continuously improve and add value to our products
- you support the PO at stakeholder meetings
- you evolve existing services and develop new ones
- you consider to utilize AI to improve the quality of our services
- you automate infrastructure and development operations
- you ensure our services high quality, writing unit, acceptance and load tests


Qualifications:


technology enthusiast and aware of the latest trends
- you have at least 5 years of professional experience in delivering online services
- you have experience in multiple programming languages and paradigms
- you have experience with AI
- you have extensive knowledge in TDD and BDD
- you are hands-on and feel comfortable in the full development lifecycle (Requirement capture, Design, Development, Testing, Monitoring)
- you enjoy to help your team to continuously improve
- you foster an Agile culture
- you thrive to learn new things
