Die Heinzinger Automotive GmbH ist Teil der National Instruments (NI) Unternehmensgruppe. Sie entwickelt, fertigt und vertreibt rückspeisefähige Hochleistungsnetzteile für Prüfstände in der E-Mobilität, Batteriesimulation und -test.

Als "Kaufmännische Assistenz (m/w/d)" unterstützt Du die Geschäftsleitung und unsere Abteilung Auftragszentrum/Service tatkräftig in allen Belangen und kümmerst Dich um den allgemeinen Bürobetrieb. Interessante und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben warten auf Dich.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit in der Abteilung Auftragszentrum/Service
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung
- Auftrags Sachbearbeitung
- Planung und Abrechnung von Service Einsätzen
- Annahme von Telefonaten (deutsch und englisch)
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen
- Unterstützung bei HR-Prozessen wie z. B. Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, Zeiterfassung, Erstellen von Bescheinigungen, etc.

**Dein Profil**
- Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, gerne Berufseinsteiger
- Souveränes und freundliches Auftreten
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Aufgeschlossenheit und Lust auf Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Offfice Anwendungen
