- Du kümmerst dich um die Bestandskunden (m/w/d), verantwortest die langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen (m/w/d) und identifizierst und validierst die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der Ärzte (m/w/d) und analysierst KPIs.
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Retention-Strategy für Deutschland, basierend auf dem Kundenfeedback.
- Du führst die regelmäßigen Online-Seminare – exklusiv für die Anwendenden durch und bist für Nachschulungen zuständig.
- Du trägst entscheidend zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktes bei.
- Du kümmerst dich um eine saubere Verarbeitung in unserem CRM-System.
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit relevantem Bezug und konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Account Management oder Kundenservice sammeln.
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits in einer Praxis bzw. Klinik gearbeitet und bist mit den Abläufen vertraut.
- Du bringst Leidenschaft für das Thema mit und bist in der Lage Kunden (m/w/d) zu begeistern, überzeugst durch Empathie und Freude an neuen Herausforderungen.
- Durch deine IT-Affinität verfügst Du über analytisches Denken und du zeichnest dich durch Deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus, die sich durch Dein Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Proaktivität bemerkbar macht.
