Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies.

It sounds complex, but we'll explain further Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project).

Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry.

What your day will look like

Assisting the team with introduction and configuration of our software
Handling enquiries from our users and devising effective solutions that you will subsequently implement in a bespoke manner using our highly configurable software
Performing tasks relating to projectspecific configuration of our software
Assisting customers with data collection and maintenance
Helping the team to prepare product documentation, instructions and training documents

What you need to fulfill the role

Current studies in Engineering, ideally majoring in civil or equivalent
Ability to understand the requirements of architects and civil engineers
Ability to engage with complex topics
Charismatic and reliable character with an independent, goaloriented working method
Team player with a clear customer and service orientation
Outstanding spoken and written German and English
