- Analyse gemeldeter Zahlen und Abweichungen zur Prognose/Budget.
- Verwaltung der Erstellung von Rechnungs-/Berichtsregeln und -kontrollen für die genaue Zuweisung von Personalkosten (z. B. nach Kostenstelle, Typ, Funktion, Region usw.).
- Validierung der Personaldaten in HR, Lohn- und Finanzberichterstattungssystemen und Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit und Genauigkeit der Daten.
- Sicherstellung der korrekten bilanziellen Behandlung von Verkaufskompensationen und Bonusrückstellungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finanzen und Geschäftsteams, um im Rahmen der rollierenden Personalbestands- und Kostenprognosen zu agieren.
- Validierung und Sicherstellung finanzieller Auswirkungen von Einstellungsanfragen.
- Vorschlagen von Verbesserungen der Berichterstattung, Planungs- und Analyseprozesse sowie der Systemeinrichtung im Zusammenhang mit Personalkosten.
- Universitätsabschluss in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
- Starkes Fachwissen im Bereich Rechnungswesen.
- Aufmerksamkeit für Details, mit starken analytischen und numerischen Fähigkeiten.
- Vertrauenswürdige Person, die in der Lage ist, Mitarbeiter-Personaldaten genau und vertraulich zu verwalten.
- Sehr gute Microsoft Excel-Kenntnisse. Erfahrung mit NetSuite, LucaNet, Rexx von Vorteil.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse und idealerweise sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.

Hier knüpften unsere Gründer an und konnten mit ihrem Branchen-Know-How einen großen Wandel in der Digitalisierung schaffen.
