In detail you will

Act as trusted partner to managers and employees alike, creating peoplecentric strategies to meet business demands through a strong understanding and knowledge of our talents
Enabling our leadership to hire, onboard, manage and develop their employees
Pursue a proactive HR approach: addressing HR topics matching our business needs and creating processes for them
Collaborate on projects in the HR department and across the company
Gather and Evaluation of key HR metrics
Ensure accuracy of employee data in people related systems; including outsourced payroll systems
Ensure BuildingMinds is fully compliant and up to date with local regulatory requirements and employment laws
Support the building and maintaining of individual job grading and career path development
Continually benchmark Compensation & Benefits (internal & external)
Help define and shape the organizational culture through various formats and events
Keep up to date with global HR trends and best practices
Be responsible for accompanying employees through their entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding.

We would like to hear from you if you

Have a master's degree or similar in Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Science, business administration or related disciplines.
Have 3+ years of solid experience in People and Talent Management preferably within a highgrowth business environment.
Extensive knowledge about German labor law, tax and social security regulation.
Display a peoplecentric mindset that puts employees and their needs first.
Bring a proven track record in shaping purposeful people roadmap to support business objectives.
Have strong capabilities in the fields of organizational development, strategic workforce planning, talent management, career coaching, stakeholder management and solutions development.
Have analytical thinking and using HRdata insights proficiently
Have good community and network building skills.
Have experience in working in a dynamic and fastgrowing start up environment
Fluent in German and English
