- Du wirkst bei der Bearbeitung unserer laufenden Buchhaltung in DATEV mit
- Du unterstützt bei der korrekten Erfassung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Verarbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen, Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge, Bankbuchungen, Mahnwesen)
- Du übernimmst vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zur Erstellung des Monats- und Jahresabschlusses
- Du bearbeitest die Kundenanfragen rund um das Thema Buchhaltung
- Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben wie die Ablage
- Du bist Teil unseres Teams – eigene Ideen und Lösungsansätze sind bei uns jederzeit willkommen
- Du bist immatrikulierter Student der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften und hast idealerweise den Schwerpunkt Accounting oder Finance gewählt
- Du kannst uns mit 15 bis 20 Stunden wöchentlich unterstützen
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung sammeln können, idealerweise verfügst du über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter oder Finanzbuchhalter
- Du hast eine sehr hohe IT-Affinität und ein großes Interesse an digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und der sichere Umgang mit Excel zählen zu deinen Stärken
- Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du Kenntnisse in DATEV mitbringst
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise aus
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und Motivation das Unternehmen, das Team und die persönliche Entwicklung voranzubringen
