- Leading key client accounts and research projects from start to finish, including design, analysis, and reporting
- Translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into impactful insights and recommendations for clients.
- Owning and fostering relationships with clients, finding opportunities to grow the size of accounts
- Understanding client research needs, writing wining proposals for new and existing clients and pitching
- Mentoring and guiding team members enhancing their client management skills and insight capabilities
- Commercial market research experience: ideally you will have at least 8+ years of experience in commercial market research, with a proven track record of success.
- Analytical mindset: a natural interest and desire to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, translating raw data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Business / client development experience: ability to identify growth opportunities and nurture client relationships, designing research projects to answer client objectives.
- Experience across the full-research lifecycle: experience managing a range of market research projects ensuring the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills: strong communication and presentation skills in German an English, with the ability to articulate findings in a compelling and engaging manner.
