I am currently Senior RF and antenna engineer in the 5G-advanced antenna research team at Huawei Technologies GmBH. I am specialized in massive MIMO, 5G base station antenna, Automotive sensor and antenna systems. 

I have 8+ years expertise on base station antennas architecture analysis, selection, design and implementation. Recent multi-band antennas using non-traditionel ways to obtain maximum aperture efficiency in a given form factor. I have knowledge in optimizing multi-band multi-column antenna apertures in a complex RF environment. Loss analysis of transmission modes, selection of materials based on project requirements, improving antenna gain and bandwidth with small footprint, reduction of couplings and side lobe levels with meta surface cell design are performed under project design cycle phase. Antenna models simulated in Ansys HFSS will be exported to a system analysis tool to analyze channel throughput and SNR. 

I am involved in project road-map discussion with prime focus on base station antenna applications. I am experienced in performance improvement of existing antenna components to integrate into future products.   The designs are eco-environmental and clean sites to reduce site maintenance cost of operators. I designed 30 Ghz and 26 GHz Massive MIMO cavity backed antennas with more than 90% efficiency including waveguide-to-strip line transition.I have expert experience in multi-band base station antennas with up-to 64T64R MIMO channles.  I have knowledge on  3D printed plastic antennas(for Automotive and base station antenna application), materials and processes for 77 GHz and 140 GHz antennas, Thru-reflect-line calibration methods, and PIM (passive intermodulation) free dipoles design, multi-port antenna measurement, prototype tuning, and radiation pattern measurement , and final report preparation. I have received several individual and team awards in my current job at Huawei Technologies GmBH.Some of the ideas are protected by filing patents from research outcomes.
