Alejandra Martínez

I am Alejandra, a native Spanish speaking professional who has been living  Berlin since July 2022. 

I have a very versatile profile, as my professional experience shows. During my first years in Spain, I worked as a Freelance Journalist for a wide range of media: printed (newspapers and magazines), audiovisual (local televisions) and online (news management). From 2011 to 2014 I worked as a Research Journalist in London doing market research in the IT channel, becoming after one year the Coordinator of the journalists team. Once I moved to Dubai in 2014, I decided to explore the other side of my education and work as a teacher, something that I continued doing in Spain for the last 4 years until last June when I moved to Berlin (teaching the subjects of English, Philosophy and History).

My training as a journalist offers me a very high command of the Spanish language, but I also hold a C2 certificate in English awarded by the University of Cambridge.

I am a very organized person, a quick learner and a good team worker, with a high adaptation skills, as shown by having managed to restart my personal and professional life successfully in 3 different countries. In addition, I am a person who is capable of making quick and effective decisions.
