**Aufgaben


AufgabenAufgaben***- Preparation and implementation of operational (feature driven) research activities in order to gain a deep understanding of the needs and behaviour of our customers/users

  • Implementation of all stages of the research cycle (briefings, desk research, translation of the task into an adequate study design, recruitment, moderation, analysis and reporting, presentation, further support during implementation)
  • Design and implementation of research projects in various formats (generative/evaluative, offline/remote) such as contextual inquiries, IDIs, concept tests, usability tests, A/B tests, online surveys as well as ethnographic research, cocreation sessions etc. as required
  • Evaluation and analysis of the results of different sources
  • Identification of needsoriented patterns regarding different features, pains and gains, as well as prioritisation in the context of the respective task
  • Target grouporiented preparation of the results including concrete recommendations for action as well as concise communication of these insights
  • Close, cooperative collaboration with our stakeholders (UX team, product owners/managers, developers) and in particular also with other researchers to address research questions
  • Occasional cooperation with external agencies
**Anforderungen


AnforderungenAnforderungen***- Bachelor's or Master's degree in cognitive science, psychology, sociology, market and media research, anthropology, human-centred computer interaction or related fields with a primary focus on research

  • Approx. 3 years of practical research experience on the industry side and/or in an agency/institute, especially also in the field of innovation research or product development; ideally in a digital environment
  • Knowhow and experience in a wide range of research methods (moderated/unmoderated, offline/online, verbal/nonverbal) including understanding of the respective strengths and weaknesses
  • Research experience with different target groups (B2B, B2C) and high empathy to easily empathise with different user groups
  • Solid practical experience in translating a roughly defined task into a researchready format together with product teams and/or clients as well as in the independent implementation of corresponding research projects
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in communicating insights to support team members in translating these insights into practical design and product decisions
  • Usercentric mindset, teamoriented thinking and working style, and the ability to work in crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
  • You are already used to quickly getting familiar with different topics and target groups
  • You have an understanding of the German market, its digital landscape, laws and regulations
  • Fluent in German and English
