    Occupational Health and Safety Manager

    From Claire Joster International, we are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Manager for our client, a global industry leader in the development, construction, and operation of projects in both infrastructure and concession.

    A global industry leader in the development, construction, and operation of projects in both infrastructure and concessions. With over 60 years of experience in energy transmission systems, gas, water, environmental, and telecommunication development, they operate in over 55 countries with a team of more than 20,000 employees.

    Your Role:

    As a H&S Manager, you'll have the opportunity to participate in exciting transmission line construction projects, overseeing all security and risk-related aspects.

    What you will be doing:

    • Conduct site visits
    • Collaborate in the development of efficient work procedures, shaping the future of our productivity
    • Share your expertise by delivering engaging safety training sessions across all levels.
    • Take charge of safety inspections, ensuring our sites meet the highest standards.
    • Dive into the investigation of accidents and incidents, driving continuous improvement
    • Lead internal audits and prepare insightful management reports.

    Your profile:

    • Hold accredited training in Occupational Health and Safety
    • Are currently based in Germany or are eager to relocate for at least 4 years., embracing a dynamic environment.
    • Bring up to 5 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety, ideally with background in the construction sector.
    • Hold a valid driver's license and be flexible to travel across the country, expanding your horizons with every journey.

    Language requirements:

    • Native or at least at B2 level of German
    • Proficiency in English
    • Knowledge of Spanish is ideal.
