General Responsibilities:

Support compliance management tasks with the supervision of the Compliance Manager
Support the implementation of policies and procedures in Germany and other European subsidiaries of Hyundai Motor Europe
Administer the roll out of policies and procedures throughout Hyundai Motor Europe Compliance Platform
Support preparing compliance trainings and communication
Support in creating analyses, reporting and implementation of new processes
Create effective, visually engaging presentations and reports within constraints of project/reporting deadlines
Research in global compliance updates and activities

_About you:

Currently enrolled in university studying Law, Business Law or Business Administration with strong interest in anticorruption compliance
High degree of trustworthiness, responsibility and ability to work autonomously
Excellent attention to detail, strong interest in research
Innovative and creative thinking
Excellent writing and communication skills in English
Proven knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
