- Du bist verantwortlich für den rollierenden Forecasting-Prozess, inkl. Diskussion der wesentlichen Annahmen und stellst die Ergebnisse in Sitzungen des Executive Management Commitee vor
- Du erstellst Monats- und Quartalsberichte für den Vorstand und leitest wesentliche Schlussfolgerungen für die Finanz- und Liquiditätssituation der Unternehmensgruppe ab
- Du entwickelst die kennzahlengestützte Steuerung der Gruppe weiter und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsfelder Distribution und Dienstleistung ab
- Du bist an der Durchführung von Projekten zur Prozess- und Ergebnisverbesserung sowie zur Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit mit der britischen Westcoast-Gruppe beteiligt
- Du unterstützt den EVP Finance bei der Vertretung der KOMSA-Gruppe gegenüber der Westcoast-Gruppe, Herstellern sowie Kunden
- Du bist Stellvertreter des Departement Managers Controlling
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Unternehmenscontrolling, idealerweise in einem großen mittelständischen Dienstleistungsunternehmen oder produzierenden Industrieunternehmen mit einem Umsatz von mehr als 300 Mio. Euro
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Erfahrung im Kostencontrolling, Kostenrechnung und -Planung aus und verfügst über eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung im IFRS-Rechnungslegungsstandard
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität für Kennzahlen sowie starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse von Power Business Intelligence (BI)-Software
- Du zeichnest Dich durch gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten aus
- Du verfügst über Expertise in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ausland in Englisch sowie mit anderen Fachbereichen, anwendungsbereite Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) sind vorausgesetzt
