Your future duties and responsibilities:
Als Developer (m/w/d) im Bereich Banking gehören die folgenden Aufgaben zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten:
• Du übernimmst Aufgaben in allen Phasen der Entstehung individueller und hochqualifizierter Software- und Integrationslösungen
• Du begleitest die Entwicklung von Produkten auf Basis von State-of-the-Art Technologien im Bereich Java und JavaScript
• Die Erstellung von Architekturmustern und Lösungsskizzen für die Umsetzung der Produktfeatures liegt in deiner Verantwortung, dazu zählt u.a. auch die Auswahl passender Cloud-Plattformen und -Dienste, die ideal die Anforderungen unserer Kunden abdecken und einen problemlosen Betrieb ermöglichen
• Im agilen Team berätst du die relevanten Stakeholder zu optimalen Softwarelösungen und realisierst leistungsfähige und skalierbare Komponenten und Microservices auf Basis von Java
• Du nutzt die Ideen und Konzepte von DevOps, insbesondere bei der Automatisierung von technischen und fachlichen Prozessen
• Du unterstützt und verbesserst komplexe bestehende Systeme
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. In deinen ersten Berufsjahren hast du bereits erste Teil / Projekterfahrung im Bankenumfeld sammeln können und folgende Kenntnisse erlangt:
• Erfahrung in der technischen Entwicklung
• Frühere Erfahrungen im Banking oder Zahlungsverkehrsbereich sind ein großes Plus
• Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von (cloud-native oder webbasierender) Software mit Java
• Gute Kenntnisse in Google Cloud
• Objektorientiertes Design und funktionale Programmierung (Java, Scala)
• Core-Java-Erfahrung: Datenstrukturen, Algorithmen und Design
• Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über Kenntnisse mit Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Anwendungen für relationale Datenbanken mit 3NF, komplexen Abfragen, Indizierung (Oracle, MySQL)
• Skalierbare Infrastrukturmodelle (Cloud, SaaS, Openshift, PaaS usw.)
• Zertifizierungen im Cloud-Bereich (z.B. GCP) oder agilen Umfeld (z.B. SAFe, Scrum) sind von Vorteil
• Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und "Hands-on" Mentalität
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Außer dem fachlich technischen Know-how kennzeichnet dich eine hohe soziale Kompetenz. Du bist fähig, aktiv zuzuhören und Kundenanforderungen fundiert zu analysieren. Ein sicheres Auftreten, starke Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Spaß an teamorientiertem Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus.
