- Du verantwortest das ganzheitliche Kampagnenmanagement zur Leadgenerierung und koordinierst die Online- / Offline-Buchungen sowie die Werbemittelerstellung.
- Du übernimmst die kontinuierliche Auswertung und das Reporting der Kampagnenerfolge anhand relevanter KPIs.
- Du analysierst und optimierst Landingpages mittels A / B-Tests.
- Du betreust Google-Produkte wie Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; die Google Search Console oder den Google Web Designer.
- Du unterstützt uns im E-Mail-Marketing und bei der SEO-Optimierung diverser Websites, gerne auch mit kreativen Texten.
- Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Performance-Marketing, besonders im Bereich Suchmaschinenmarketing (mindestens 2 Jahre)
- Du hast einen routinierten Umgang und eigenverantwortliches Management von Google Ads und Analytics Account
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Umsetzungskompetenz und eine operative Leidenschaft auch innovative Wege im Marketing zu gehen
- Du hast technologisches Verständnis und einen gekonnten Umgang mit Zahlen
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Du bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytische Fähigkeiten mit
- Du kennst dich mit Tools wie Sistrix, SendInBlue, Google Ads & Co., Trello oder Google Web Designer aus
