We are now looking for a Team Lead (M/F/d) to expand our Customer Service team.

Your role in our team

You will lead and control a rapidly growing team with the aim of ensuring consistently high quality of customer service.
You lead and develop your team members with the help of different meetings and assessments.
You are the contact person for your team in all questions relating to daytoday business.
You and your team support customers with advice and action to ensure that they find support quickly and have an excellent experience.
You ensure that all processes in daytoday business run smoothly and optimize them in close cooperation with the operations team as required to achieve our corporate goals.
You create and analyze statistics and reports and derive necessary measures from them.

Your profile

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in customer service and at least 2 years of management experience.
You convince yourself with a selfconfident appearance and communicate in a friendly and open manner.
You are an organizational talent with good time management and convincing an independent and structured way of work.

A lot of understanding and patience, even in stressful situations you really want to convince every customer and love finding suitable solutions.
You have a secure handling of VoIP telephony, ticket systems (especially Zendesk), MS Office and other common customer service software.
