- As a Specialist in International Logistics, you will oversee the delivery processes for Non-Food and Coffee product categories, as well as handle the associated transport billing.
- You will monitor the arrival of our goods at the port and coordinate their further transportation to the respective storage facilities via rail, inland waterway vessels, or trucks, ensuring all vital transportation data is accounted for.
- You will plan the receipt of goods at the warehouse for sea containers, individual shipments, air freight, or direct deliveries while taking into consideration schedules and priority requirements.
- In case of exceptions or issues, you will collaborate closely with our transport service providers and internal stakeholders.
- You will verify the invoices from our service providers across all modes of transportation for accuracy and ensure timely payment.
- You hold a completed commercial education (e.g., in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services, Wholesale and Foreign Trade, Maritime Shipping).
- You have gained initial practical experience in the logistics field and possess knowledge of import processes, port logistics, and transport billing.
- You are proficient in working with MS Office, have good Excel skills, and are experienced with ERP systems.
- You have excellent German and good English language skills.
- You are organized and analytical, with a strong team spirit, open-mindedness, and flexibility defining your approach.
