What you'll do:

Identify needs and help shape HR activities from a business perspective
Actively advise and provide solutions related to HR, talent, compliance, organizational issues
Consult regarding businessinitiated HR programs (e.g. team building, increasing effectiveness and engagement)
Manage HR projects; contributing to the implementation of new HR solutions and the talent agenda
Provide feedback and guidance on HR policies, processes and programs to other HR Business Partners, executives and CoEs
Point of contact and negotiation with the Works Council as well as individual employees, especially in regard to disciplinary actions

Who you are:

Strong business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
Broad HR expertise especially in organizational design, recruitment, talent management
Moderation, consulting & coaching skills
Strategic, analytical thinking and a sense for a numbers driven approach
Willingness to analyse existing processes and help to update them
Handson person with a cando mentality and the willingness to work with a multicultural leadership team
