- Du bist das Gesicht von ucm - Deine Serviceorientierung und authentisches Auftreten machen den Unterschied für unsere Bewerber:innen.
- Du behältst auch in kniffligen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf: Denn auch, wenn es mal heiß hergeht, bleibst du freundlich und lösungsorientiert bei der Sache und führst unsere Studierenden mit dem nötigen Fingerspitzengefühl sicher zu ihrem Ziel.
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und verfügst über Empathie und Feingefühl.
- Du bist ausgesprochen kommunikationsstark, sehr aufgeschlossen und bringst Überzeugungskraft mit.

- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus.

- Du hast Erfahrung in ähnlichen Jobs oder Bereichen z.B. Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Personalwesen, Human Resources, Call Center, Kundenservice, Kundenberatung, Kundendienst, Customer Support, Sales (auch Quereinsteiger/innen mit Erfahrung in anderen Bereichen).
