- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations Team und den Projektleitern
- Inbetriebnahme von Steuerungssystemen und Anlagenteilen in der Gebäudeautomation und Sicherheitstechnik
- Programmierung von MSR-Automationssystemen, Zutrittskontrolle, Videoüberwachung
- Implementierung von DDC-Programmen
- Einstellen notwendiger Anlagenparameter
- Durchführung von modernsten Systemanalysen und Optimierung der Anlagen
- Fehlersuche sowie Behebung von Fehlfunktionen
- Klärung technischer Gegebenheiten unter Berücksichtigung aller Kundenanforderungen
- Energieoptimierung der bestehenden Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung der täglichen Betriebsabläufe
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters
- Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
- Elektrotechniker / Elektromeister bevorzugt oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik, gerne in Verbindung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Gute PC- und Netzwerk-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrungen in der Programmierung bzw. Inbetriebnahme von MSR- Systemen und MSR-Regelstrategien sindvorteilhaft
- Sicheres Auftreten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
- Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheines der Klasse B
- Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Erfahrung in der Integration unterschiedlicher Bus-Systeme der Gebäudeautomation (. BACnet)
- Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englische Sprachkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
