Your future plans
Do you want to learn how modern development operates within a big company and actively support our HR People and Organisational Development team? Do you want to work on people development topics in an international environment?

Then these could be your future challenges:

Assist in identifying potential talent within the organisation through research, data analysis and collaboration with an experienced Talent Management specialist
Assist in the organisation and coordination of various Talent Management events, workshops and training sessions; coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and provide onsite support during events
Establish and maintain feedback loops to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Development programmes
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on feedback received
Conduct indepth research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Talent Management and development initiatives
Utilise creativity to enhance communication strategies and social media presence related to Talent Management initiatives Develop engaging content and campaigns to promote Talent Development programmes internally and externally

Your powerful skills

Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology, human resources or a comparable bachelor's or master's program
Be available to work parttime (20 hours per week) during regular business hours
Strong interest in Talent Management, people development, and human resources
Structured, detailorientated work style, as well as high reliability and creative thinking
Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent English language skills, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
