- Umfassende Terminplanung und -überwachung
- Budgetkontrolle und Auslagenerstattung
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (u.a. Lehre, Executive Education und Forschungskonferenzen)
- Design und Pflege der Webseiten des Lehrstuhls und des Industrial Excellence Awards
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder andere Qualifikation im Bereich Sekretariat/Office Management mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Gutes Organisations-, Zeit- und Büromanagement
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office, Webseitengestaltung und –bearbeitung (Typo3) einschl. Bild- und Videoverarbeitung)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
