- Reiseplanung und -abrechnung
- Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
- Design und Pflege von Webseiten
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder andere Qualifikation im Bereich Sekretariat/Office Management mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Teamplayer, Professionelle Kommunikation
- Erfahrungen im Office- und Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Flexibel und temporär belastbar
- Sehr gute Anwender-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office 365 inkl. Word, Excel und Powerpoint)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
